About

Built for the day work actually happens

Emplitrack runs the working day for every kind of employee an organization has, from head office to the field, and turns that record into intelligence managers can act on. It is live in production with customers today.

  • Live in production, with the enterprise layer in build.
  • Integrate, do not duplicate, because the second version of the truth always loses.

Why

Why we build it

Distributed work is normal now, and most of the software around it was designed for people at desks. So operations teams improvise: an attendance app, a scheduling spreadsheet, a group chat for exceptions and a paper form for the rest.

  • Every part works. Nothing connects.
  • The simplest question, did the work we planned actually happen, takes a day to answer.
  • We are building the system that answers it, in the order that keeps the answer trustworthy.

What we believe, and how we operate

Visibility is for running work

Location and attendance exist to make operational decisions, not to watch people.

Configuration beats custom code

Two organizations in the same industry work differently. That difference should be settings, not a code branch.

Determinism first

Attendance validity, leave balances and approval outcomes are governed by explicit rules. Assistance sits on top.

What it is like to work with Emplitrack

What you can expect

  • A demo against your own operation, not a generic account
  • Live capability marked against what is in build, every time
  • A pilot on one branch or team before any rollout
  • Configuration, not custom development, for a new rule
  • A straight answer on fit, including when we are the wrong product

What we will not do

  • Sell surveillance, or write copy that hints at it
  • Present a roadmap item as a shipped feature
  • Invent customer logos, statistics or certifications we do not hold
  • Build a feature we cannot support once it exists

We build for organizations running several kinds of workforce at once: facility management, security, field service, healthcare, logistics, construction and retail field teams. See how each group is handled.

You will see what is live, what is not, and what it would take to run your operation on it.
