Platform
One platform for the whole working day
Who works for you, what they are scheduled to do, whether it happened, what needs a decision, and what all of that tells you.
- Nine capabilities, one record, so the numbers agree.
- Configured, not coded,so a new rule is a setting rather than a release.
- Live and honest, with the enterprise layer marked as in build.
Capabilities
Nine capabilities, one record
Start with what you need. Adding another later is configuration, not a migration.
Capture the day as it happens
People and organization, Attendance, Shift scheduling, Requests and approvals and Field service record who works for you, what they are scheduled to do, whether it happened and what needs a decision. Every capture lands on the same record, so the plan and the proof are never in two places.
- People and organizationEmployee records, structure and access, held once and used everywhere.
- AttendanceOne attendance record for office, hybrid, shift and field employees.
- Shift schedulingShift definitions, monthly plans and a personal schedule per employee.
- Requests and approvalsLeave, expenses, corrections and out-duty, decided in one queue.
- Field serviceClients, services and visits, tracked from booking to completion.
- Location intelligenceLive location, routes and geofences for the employees whose work needs it.
- Workforce intelligenceThe day as a timeline, and the exceptions a manager should act on now.
- Reports and analyticsReporting that payroll, finance and leadership can rely on.
- IntegrationsBuilt to exchange data with the systems you already run.
Levels
The four levels, in the order they are built
Most products in this category stop at the first. The argument for a platform is what happens after.
- Capture. Employees, attendance, schedules, tasks, visits, requests, documents and location where it applies.
- Connect. That information joined across the organization, and with the systems you already run.
- Understand. Policies, rules and analytics applied to it, so a record becomes a fact.
- Act. Approve, assign, schedule, notify, correct, decide.
Every employee group
Rules differ. The record does not
Office, hybrid, shift, field, multi-location, contract and seasonal workers sit in the same structure, under different rules.
- Behaviour lives in policies attached to employees, teams and locations
- A new requirement should be answered in configuration, not in a release
- See each workforce type, or what changes by role
Fit
Who the platform is built for
The organizations where every point-solution alternative gets weaker.
- A meaningful share of field, mobile, shift-based, multi-location or customer-site employees
- Work planned in advance and carried out away from head office
- Supervisors responsible for teams they cannot physically see
- Requests and approvals that move through chat, email and paper today
- Existing HR, payroll and CRM systems that have to stay in step
What procurement asks about first
| Foundation | Where it stands |
|---|---|
| Multi-tenancy and organizational data scope | Live |
| Role-based access with fine-grained permissions | Live |
| Tamper-evident audit ledger with legal hold | Live |
| Six interface languages in the console | Live |
| Operational events other systems can react to | Foundation live, delivery in build |
| Data retention and archival policy | In build |

Common questions
Do we have to buy every capability?
No. Most organizations start with people, attendance and approvals, then add scheduling, field work or intelligence. They share one record, so adding a capability later is configuration, not a migration.
Is this for office employees or field employees?
Both, and everyone in between. Different groups get different rules, which is the point of a policy layer. See workforce types.
How is this different from an HR suite?
HR suites are strong on employee records and HR processes, and weak on the working day: the shift exception, the visit, the missed task. Emplitrack owns that day and exchanges data with your HR system. More on how we compare.
Can we see the roadmap?
Yes, marked against what is live, in the demo. Book one or see how pricing works.
