Field service
Field service that ends with proof, not a phone call
Clients, services and products in one place, and a visit board that shows what is booked, running and done. The visit sits on the same record as the attendance and the route.
- One board, showing what is booked, running and done.
- Arrival recorded, with time on site, as the work happens.
- Fewer second visits, because the job either closes or you learn why not.
What changes when the visit is on the same record as the day
The day today
- Customers in one system, scheduling in a spreadsheet, assignment over the phone
- A visit is booked twice, or an engineer is sent to a site cancelled yesterday
- A customer asks for evidence of a service and it takes a day to find
- The site that always needs two trips is invisible until the margin is gone
The day with Emplitrack
- Every handoff between systems stops losing something
- Arrival and time on site are recorded as the work happens, not reconstructed
- The site that is always late and the job that always repeats become visible
- The customer conversation ends in a minute: visit, arrival, time on site, completion
Four systems, one record
Field work usually crosses four systems
Every handoff loses something. Emplitrack holds the client, the service and the visit together with the engineer, their attendance and their route.
- Clients, services and products held once
- Visits planned, marked and tracked through their statuses on a board
- Route history shows the travel between visits today
Where it stands

Common questions
Is this a CRM?
No. Emplitrack holds the client, service and product records it needs to run field work, so sales stays where sales lives. Two-way CRM integration is in build.
Can we raise work orders today?
Work orders are in build. Today work is organized as visits on the visit board, which covers scheduled and recurring service well.
Can engineers capture photos and signatures?
Attachments, proof of service and customer acknowledgement are in build, with the document service behind them.
Does it plan routes?
Route history is available today. Route planning and optimization are in build.
