Workforce software for facility management contracts
In facility management the contract is coverage. Emplitrack records who was on each site, when they arrived and which scheduled work was completed, so you can show a client the evidence.
Coverage per site, visible this morning, not at invoice time.
One record per client, attendance, hours and completed work.
Cover requests recorded, instead of agreed in a group chat.
A supervisor covers eleven sites
- At 07:40 someone does not turn up at site four, and nobody knows until the client calls at 11:00
- The record of who was where lives in a supervisor's phone
- The client questions the invoice and the evidence takes a day to assemble
- Recurring work is carried in someone's memory, not on a board
With Emplitrack in place
- Geofenced attendance at each site shows who marked in and who did not
- Shift schedules hold the coverage you promised per site, and attendance shows what you delivered
- Periodic tasks and client visits run through the visit board
- Attendance, hours and completed work sit on one record per client, ready for a dispute
Dozens of small workforces on premises you do not own
Facility management is not one workforce. It is many small ones, supervised by people who are also travelling between them. A single-site attendance tool cannot say whether the site your client pays for was covered.
- Two things decide a renewal: did the service happen, and can you show it
- Ten-minute client conversations that end in agreement
- Shared device and supervisor marking in build for teams without a phone each

Can we set different shift patterns per site?
Location-specific schedules are in build. Today the monthly planner handles consistent patterns per group, which covers most contracts.
Can guards or cleaners share a device?
Shared device, kiosk and supervisor marking are in build, and this sector is one of the main reasons they are scoped.
Can clients see their own site data?
A client-facing portal is not available today. Reports per site can be shared with clients now.
Does it handle periodic and reactive work?
Scheduled visits run today. Work orders for reactive jobs are in build.
Show the client the record
Bring one contract and its site list. We will show you what coverage evidence looks like.
