Integrations
Built to fit the systems you already run
Employee records in an HR system, payroll somewhere else, customers in a CRM. Emplitrack is designed to live inside that landscape rather than beside it.
- Integrate, do not duplicate,so nobody keeps the employee list twice.
- Clear ownership, agreed per data area at onboarding.
- Events in build,so your systems react to work as it happens.
What changes when ownership is agreed up front
The day today
- HR adds a joiner to the old system and the new one never hears about it
- Two months in, the reports disagree and everyone trusts the older tool
- Attendance reaches payroll as a spreadsheet somebody retypes
- Your IT team asks about the API and gets a slide instead of an answer
The day with Emplitrack
- System of record for attendance, visits and tasks
- Consumer of the employee master where your HR system owns it
- Producer of attendance and overtime data for payroll
- Orchestrator where work is booked in your CRM and executed here
Ownership, agreed up front
Duplication is what kills workforce deployments
The employee list is loaded into the new system. HR adds a joiner to the old one. Two months later the reports disagree, and everyone stops trusting the newer system.
- Structured import and export today, enough to load a list and feed payroll
- Two-way connections and subscribable events in build
- It starts with the employee list
Where it stands

Common questions
Do you have a public API?
API access is part of the integration work in build. Tell us what you need to connect, as it affects sequencing.
Will attendance flow into our payroll system?
Attendance reports are produced today as a payroll input. Direct payroll integration is in build.
Do you support webhooks?
Operational events exist inside the platform, and exposing them to subscribing systems is in build.
Which systems will you connect to first?
Sequencing follows customer demand. If you have a specific HR, payroll or CRM system, tell us, because that is how the order gets decided.
Tell us what has to stay in step
Name your HR, payroll and CRM systems in the demo. It changes what we build next.
