Workforce management for home and community care
In home care, the visit is the service. Emplitrack records that a carer reached the address, when they arrived and how long they stayed, and holds the roster behind it.
Arrival recorded, not reported after the fact.
A missed visit surfaces early, while there is still time to send someone.
Workforce data only, clinical records stay in your clinical system.
The fourth visit of the morning gets dropped
- A carer is delayed at the second call and the round slips
- The person waiting at home is elderly, alone, and expecting someone
- The coordinator finds out when a family member calls
- The conversation starts with an apology and no facts
With Emplitrack in place
- Location-based attendance and visit marking confirm the carer reached the address
- Shift schedules hold the day, and each carer sees their own visits in the app
- The visit board shows what has not happened yet, while it can still be fixed
- Attendance, visits and approvals sit on a tamper-evident audit trail
Continuity is a scheduling problem
The quality families notice is the same carer, at roughly the same time, on the days they expect. That only works when the roster and the record of what happened live in the same system.
- Emplitrack does not need clinical records to do this job
- Access follows role and organizational scope, and important actions are audited
- We do not claim HIPAA or any healthcare certification, and will say so early

Does it verify that the carer was at the address?
Attendance and visit marking carry location, and geofences can be set around a site. This is visit verification, not clinical documentation.
What about carers with limited English?
The console ships in six languages, and multilingual, low-literacy interface work is part of the current release.
Does it handle split shifts and short calls?
Split shifts are in build as part of enterprise scheduling. Today the planner suits simpler patterns.
Is location tracked between visits?
That is your policy decision and should be written into your employee terms. The controls and the scope are yours to set.
Every visit confirmed
Bring a real round to the demo and we will walk it through the product, hour by hour.
