Attendance
An attendance system that fits every kind of employee
Office, hybrid, shift and field employees on one attendance record. Missing marks and late starts surface the same morning, not at month end.
- Every group, office, hybrid, shift and field, on one attendance record.
- Exceptions today,not a reconciliation next month.
- Payroll gets an input, not a spreadsheet somebody retyped.
What changes when attendance is one record
The day today
- The field team is served and everyone else keeps a second attendance system
- Payroll receives a spreadsheet and a dispute takes a week to settle
- A missed mark is fixed over chat, and the reason is lost by month end
- Nobody can say at 09:15 who has not started work
The day with Emplitrack
- Every capture method lands on the same record and is judged by the same rules
- A geofence makes a mark from the car park visible for what it is
- A correction carries its reason, so the fix and the decision stay on the day
- Attendance reaches payroll as an input rather than being re-keyed
One record, many ways in
Attendance is not one problem
An office employee, a hybrid analyst, a guard at a client site and a home care nurse all need attendance. They rarely need it the same way, and most products support one method well. Here the method is a detail and the record is the product.
- Mark from the app, with location or inside a geofence where the work calls for it
- The console shows who is active and who is missing while there is still time to act
- Corrections and out-duty run as requests, so nothing is fixed off the record
Where it stands
Marked here the same way it is marked in the demo.

Common questions
Can employees mark attendance without GPS?
Today, mobile attendance uses location. Biometric, RFID, QR and kiosk capture are in build, along with feeds from an attendance system you already run.
What stops someone marking attendance from home?
A geofence around the site, and a location on every mark. The mark still happens, and the exception is visible rather than hidden.
Does it work for employees who share a phone?
Shared device, kiosk and supervisor marking are in build for exactly this case, common in security, facilities and construction work.
How does attendance reach payroll?
Through attendance reports today. Direct two-way payroll integration is in build.
