Workforce intelligence

From a record of the day to a decision about it

A short list of what needs attention, sent to the person who can act, while the day can still be fixed. This layer is in build, and the data it runs on is live today.

Live records passing through your rules and arriving as a ranked list with reasons. The list is in build; this is a drawing of the approach, not a screen.
  • Ranked exceptions, with the reason attached, pushed to a supervisor.
  • One timeline, assembled from every capability on the record.
  • Rules decide, and assistance only suggests, so every outcome can be defended.

What changes when the record can speak

The day today

  • Productivity fell this month and nobody can say why without a week of exports
  • Supervisors inspect screens looking for problems instead of being told
  • An approval has been stuck for nine days and the only alert is the employee asking
  • A dashboard built on three sources gives a confident answer that is wrong

The day with Emplitrack

  • Attendance anomalies, missed visits and delayed tasks arrive ranked, with the reason
  • Excessive travel, inactivity, schedule deviation and approval bottlenecks surface themselves
  • Thresholds are yours, because organizations disagree about what counts as idle
  • Attendance validity, leave balances and approvals stay governed by explicit rules

AI-assisted, not AI-dependent

Reporting says what happened. Operations needs to know what to do

The answers are in the record. Nobody has time to go and find them. Emplitrack is AI-assisted, not AI-dependent: assistance summarizes, suggests and flags, and rules decide.

  • Reliable data first: one record for people, attendance, schedules and work
  • Then policies and workflows that define what counts as an exception
  • Only then a ranked list a supervisor can trust. Why that order matters

FAQ

Common questions

Is any of this available today?

Operational reporting is live. The intelligence layer described here, including the activity timeline and pushed exceptions, is in build.

Will it work for office employees too?

Yes. A stalled approval, an unbalanced workload or an unusual attendance pattern applies anywhere in the organization.

Does it need location data?

No. Many exceptions come from attendance, schedules, tasks and approvals alone.

Will AI make decisions about our people?

No. Assistance summarizes, suggests and flags. Rules decide. That is a commercial commitment as much as a technical one.
